Our mission is to deliver top-notch automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in various industries. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Engineer* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships in the *industrial and engineering sectors*. This role demands a deep understanding of technical products and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits for customers. Key Responsibilities:* * Identify, engage, and convert new industrial clients through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activities. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. * Understand technical requirements of clients and recommend appropriate solutions from our product/service range. * Conduct site visits, technical presentations, product demos, and commercial negotiations. * Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are met. * Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management. * Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand visibility. * Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. Experience:* * Minimum *2–5 years of proven experience* in *industrial/B2B sales*, preferably in sectors like manufacturing, automation, equipment sales, or engineering services. * Prior experience in solution-based selling and handling technical clients is highly desirable. Required Technical Skills:* * Solid understanding of industrial products, systems, and services. * Ability to read technical drawings, specs, and product manuals. * Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). --- *Soft Skills Required:* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Persuasive negotiation and deal-closing abilities. * High level of initiative, self-motivation, and target orientation. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. * Excellent presentation and client-handling skills. * Team player with a collaborative mindset.
