Sales Director at Clavis Technologies

Clavis Technologies is scaling rapidly, and we're looking for an exceptional Sales Director who can build world-class sales teams and close enterprise deals in the IT staff augmentation and managed services space. 


If you've scaled enterprise revenue, closed significant deals in IT services or staff augmentation, and bring a strong network in the tech industries—this is your next opportunity. 


What You'll Own


  • Team Building & Leadership:

     Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up. Build a culture of accountability and execution. 
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

     Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise clients in publishing, media, and technology sectors. 
  • Enterprise Sales:

     Close significant deals ($50K–$500K+ ACV) in 

    IT staff augmentation, managed services, and adjacent technology services

  • Revenue Delivery:

     Own the full sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets. 
  • Market Expansion:

     Identify and penetrate key markets, establish partnerships, and expand Clavis' presence among publishing and tech industry players. 
  • Network Leverage:

     Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers—procurement leaders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering—in various sectors. 


What We're Looking For


Must-Have Experience:


  • 15+ years of B2B sales leadership

    , with 

    8+ years specifically in IT staff augmentation, managed services, or IT services sales

     (SaaS, staffing, consulting, or similar) 
  • Proven track record closing enterprise deals

     in the 

    $50K–$500K ACV range

     with IT/tech buyers and procurement teams 
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams

     (0–5+ reps); demonstrated ability to recruit and drive team performance 
  • Strong network in the IT/tech industries

    —active relationships with CTOs, procurement leaders, VPs of Engineering, and publishing technology decision-makers
