We are seeking a senior sales and business development leader to drive growth within the software development services sector. This role is designed for someone with strong business acumen, solid technical understanding, and natural sales instincts.
You will lead multi-channel sales initiatives and ensure a seamless customer journey from prospecting to contract acceptance. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, delivery, operations, and external partners to scale revenue and strengthen our market presence.
Lead, build, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and refine sales strategies through analysis of market trends, competition, and industry dynamics
Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handover
Drive direct B2B outreach initiatives including LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and targeted cold calling
Scale outbound lead generation independently of marketing-driven demand
Forecast and manage departmental budgets to support pipeline growth and maximize ROI
Collaborate with content marketing teams to continuously improve sales collateral such as pitch decks, proposals, presales documents, and white papers
Use data-driven insights to forecast prospects, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and revenue
Partner closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Work with practice, delivery, and technology partner teams to align solutions with client needs
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within IT or software services
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing sales teams independently
Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets across multiple sales channels
Strong network-building capability with experience sourcing new business opportunities
Mandatory experience leading B2B outreach teams focused on cold and targeted lead generation
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong analytical skills with experience managing targets, OKRs, and sales dashboards
Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire teams toward high performance
Solid understanding of enterprise sales, solution selling, outsourcing models, and ICP management
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
