🔹 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
