At DecisionTree Analytics , we're on the hunt for Sales Development Specialists to help power our next phase of growth. This role is perfect for early-career professionals who thrive on conversations, love solving problems, and want to break into international B2B analytics and consulting sales. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, pre-sales and Delivery heads, and get hands-on exposure to global clients, and develop the kind of outbound sales muscle that fast-tracks careers. What You’ll Do Generate leads via cold calls, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting Research companies, map decision-makers, and align outreach with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Qualify leads through discovery conversations and assess pain points, buying signals, and urgency Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales members Maintain clean records and outreach workflows in our CRM (HubSpot) Own your pipeline: follow-up, prioritize, and keep momentum going Stay sharp: Learn our offerings, industry trends, and messaging playbooks What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of inside sales experience (bonus if it’s in analytics or consulting) Strong communication skills—confident speaker, clear writer Tenacity: You’re not discouraged by a “no” (or 20 of them!) HubSpot Sales CRM experience (preferred) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: English, Mass Comm, PR, Journalism) Willing to relocate to Gurgaon if you’re not already here and join in 2 weeks Who Thrives Here?
