About the Role

results-driven Lead Generation Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    to identify, connect, and engage with potential decision-makers. 
  • Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads for SaaS products. 
  • Create and execute

    personalized LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns

    to generate interest. 
  • Research and segment prospects to ensure highly targeted lead lists. 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to hand over qualified leads for demos and closures. 
  • Maintain lead records and activity tracking in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). 
  • Monitor outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better response and conversion rates. 
  • Stay updated on lead generation best practices, tools, and industry trends. 

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience

    in lead generation for SaaS companies. 
  • At least

    2 years of hands-on experience

    using

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    for prospecting. 
  • Strong expertise in

    email lead generation

    and outreach strategies. 
  • Experience generating leads for

    international markets (US, UK, APAC preferred)

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). 
  • Excellent written communication and research skills. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet lead generation targets. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools such as

    Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or Reply.io

  • Understanding of SaaS sales funnel and key metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates). 
  • Ability to craft compelling LinkedIn content to attract and nurture prospects. 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
