Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong expertise in HRMS solutions and SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end sales cycle from cold calling and discovery to account management and closure. This role requires proven experience in building pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and converting opportunities into revenue.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and position our HRMS SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and accounts, ensuring high customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Required Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRMS, Payroll, or HCM solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including account management and renewals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales automation tools.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
