Job Summary: We are looking for driven and persuasive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who can lead the outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, promote our eco-living projects, drive community-based real estate sales, and convert leads into qualified site visits and bookings. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to prospective customers through cold calls, community networking, and lead follow-ups. Promote Planet Green’s sustainable real estate offerings (farmlands, plots) to individuals and families. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for interested buyers. Maintain a consistent outbound pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person community engagement. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution and event support. Participate in on-ground activations, exhibitions, and community awareness drives. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM tools or Google Sheets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and visit targets. Required Skills & Preferences: Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Proven experience in Outbound Sales or Community Sales, preferably in the Real Estate sector. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Good understanding of land and plotted development sales. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project visits. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. 1–4 years of experience in real estate, tele sales, field sales, or BDR roles. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
