We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. You will play a key role in identifying client needs and matching them with the right solutions from our service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, and articulate how our services can address them.
  • Maintain and update a CRM/database of current and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct research on target companies to identify key decision-makers.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
  • Drive campaign closures by maintaining relationships and building trust with clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in international B2B sales.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
  • Experience in managing and updating CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
