Role Overview

We are expanding our growth team and are looking for professionals who can initiate meaningful, consultative conversations with global enterprises and help identify opportunities for technology-led transformation.

This role focuses on multi-channel outbound engagement, opportunity qualification, and discovery call setup, working closely with our senior consultants across AI ML, IoT IIoT, Managed Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Resource Augmentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound engagement through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels
  • Engage senior stakeholders including Founders CXOs CTOs CIOs and IT leaders
  • Understand business context and high-level technology needs
  • Qualify opportunities based on fit intent and readiness
  • Schedule discovery and consultation calls for senior consultants
  • Maintain structured and accurate updates in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with consulting and marketing teams for aligned outreach


Candidate Profile

  • 0–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales inside sales growth or consulting support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to ask the right questions
  • Confidence in engaging senior professionals
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts aligned to global markets

International sales or global client engagement experience is a strong advantage.
