Role Overview

Sales Development Representative


You will work closely with senior sales, marketing, and presales teams, contributing to pipeline generation and gradually taking ownership of sales opportunities as you grow in the role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities focused on selling IT services and fixed-scope projects, primarily across the APAC region (with a strong focus on India).
  • Actively generate and qualify top-of-funnel opportunities through outbound activities, inbound leads, partner collaboration, and marketing campaigns.
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities and initiate first contact with prospects.
  • Participate in discovery calls and meetings with clients to understand their business challenges and needs, supported by senior sales colleagues.
  • Assist in shaping value propositions and IT solutions (Cloud, Data, AI, Intelligent Automation) together with Presales and Delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain an early-stage sales pipeline, ensuring proper qualification and accurate data in CRM tools.
  • Develop long-term relationships with prospects and partners by demonstrating curiosity, professionalism, and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Continuously learn about IT technologies, market trends, and client industries to grow into a more independent sales role over time.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

    (B2B experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Strong

    passion for sales

    , relationship-building, and business growth — motivation and attitude are more important than years of experience.
  • Genuine

    interest in IT, digital transformation, and modern technologies

    (Cloud, Data, AI, Automation), with willingness to learn and develop technical understanding.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and prospects, with good verbal and written English skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (lead generation, qualification, pipeline) or strong willingness to learn structured B2B sales methodologies.
  • Openness to working with international clients and across cultures, especially within the APAC region.
