Job Summary


In this role, you will work with the Sales and BD teams at Nuacem AI to drive customer growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects, to increasing the customer pipeline for the Nuacem AI sales team. You will be able to prospect via phone and email to help customers and find out business opportunities. Also, you will be able to use various tools to identify and qualify decision-makers who can use the Nuacem AI Solution. Working closely with Account Managers, you will follow up on inbound and outbound leads, generate new leads by doing account-based prospect research and identify key players to create new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate new leads.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads.
  • Use sales and CRM tools to maintain lead data and ensure pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct account-based research to uncover potential fit and use cases.
  • Educate prospects about Nuacem AI’s Conversational AI capabilities and value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified lead targets.
  • Stay up to date with AI, SaaS, and CPaaS trends to have informed conversations with prospects.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
  • Background in NBFC or BFSI sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and CPaaS platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate potential solutions.
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
