About: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound inquiries. The primary goal is to generate a qualified pipeline by nurturing potential customers and setting qualified discovery calls. This role involves helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs while ensuring a positive experience. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive new business and revenue growth. What youll do: (Job duties and responsibilities) Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and social networks Proactively reach potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture inquiries and set qualified discovery calls that lead to new business and revenue Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ensure database health by regularly updating customer information in our CRM system Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers What youll bring: (Job requirements) 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical or software product sales Strong desire to pursue a career in Sales and/or Marketing Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent listening and communication skills Results-oriented with a proactive and disciplined approach to managing time effectively Team-oriented attitude Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
