Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients in the submersible pump industry. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely communication to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination:

• Coordinate between sales team, production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales contracts for submersible pumps and related accessories.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records, order status, and customer databases in ERP/CRM systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for stock availability and lead times.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Communicate with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and technical queries.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or after-sales issues by coordinating with the service department.
• Support the development of new dealer networks and maintain long-term business relationships.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Handle documentation for domestic and export sales (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, etc.).
• Track and report sales performance, order pipeline, and collection status to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis reports.

Marketing & Administrative Support:

• Support marketing activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for preparation of brochures, catalogues, and digital marketing materials.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations (such as ISO standards)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
