Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication:

    Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Order Management:

    Ensure smooth order processing by maintaining accurate records and following up on order status.

  • Payment Follow-up:

    Coordinate with customers on payment follow-ups and ensure timely receipt of payments.

  • Quotations and Proformas:

    Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices to customers.

  • Pricing Approvals:

    Ensure that all pricing approvals are obtained before processing sales orders.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure products and services meet expectations.

  • Data Tracking:

    Maintain and track customer data, sales performance, and any related reports to assist the sales team.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of sales processes including quotations, order management, and payment follow-up.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales tracking tools.
  • Previous experience in a sales coordination or customer support role is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to meet customer needs.
