Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, agreements, and reports
  • Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and MIS reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of sales activities

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or related role (Real estate experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
