Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar leadership role in sales. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of the sales process and market dynamics. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
