Coordinate internal and external audits , including third-party certification audits. Conduct in-process quality checks and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications (GSM, tensile strength, breathability, etc.). Identify non-conformities , perform root cause analysis , and ensure timely closure with corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and analyze quality KPIs like customer complaints, rejection rates, and process deviations. Maintain calibration records for lab/testing equipment. Assist in continuous process improvement and customer quality assurance requirements. Ensure all documentation and traceability is in place for regulatory and customer audits. Required Candidate Profile: 2+ years of quality management experience in spunbond/spunweb or technical textile manufacturing . Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation and maintenance .
