Job Description

Job Overview:

Sales Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

Daily Coordination & Meetings:

  • Conduct

    daily morning meetings

    with the

    Site Sales

    and

    Pre-Sales

    teams via Google Meet to review goals and plans.


  • Conduct

    end-of-day (EOD) meetings

    with the

    Tele-Sales team

    to track:
  • Number of calls made
  • Follow-up calls completed
  • Prospects generated
  • Site visits scheduled
  • Site visits completed
  • Next day’s task allocation

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Collect

    daily EOD reports

    from site sales team including:
  • Site visits conducted
  • Filled site visit forms
  • Customer visit feedback
  • Home visits (if any) with complete details
  • Sales lead meetings held and remarks
  • Next steps/follow-ups from customer meetings
  • Assignments for the next day
  • Perform

    daily checks

    on all team-submitted reports including:
  • Daily Sales Reporting (DSR) sheets
  • Site Visit Forms
  • Calling Sheets

Customer Communication:

  • Conduct

    Welcome Calls

    to new customers
  • Conduct

    Feedback Calls

    to existing or recently visited customers to understand their experience and interest level

Lead & Data Management:

  • Assign leads and monitor progress on each assigned lead
  • Ensure the

    Pre-Sales team

    has sufficient and relevant data to work on
  • Ensure the

    Sales team

    has all required marketing materials for field activities
  • Track all sales closely to prevent lead diversion or misallocation
  • Cross-check and verify all

    broker-led sales

Team & Task Management:

  • Daily check on the location of all site sales executives who are working off-site
  • Weekly review meetings with all teams to evaluate lead follow-up and prospect management
  • Track field executives deployed for promotional activity – verify location and customer engagement
  • Prepare and share

    daily and weekly performance summaries

    for senior management review
  • Assign daily tasks to team members and

    follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Manage

    team roster

    and shift planning
  • Maintain and update

    incentive sheets

    for the team

Sales Verification & Reporting:

  • Verify every closed sale:
  • Scheme offered (if any)
  • Broker/Direct sale source
  • Amount received from customer
  • Document complete sale details and share with management promptly

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and reporting systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and follow up efficiently
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar coordination or sales support role (preferably real estate or service industry)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace is a plus


Work Schedule:

  • 6 Days a Week
  • Timings: 10-6:30

Salary:

  • As per industry standards / Based on experience
