Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage customer orders, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales executives, clients, and internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on pending documents or payments Track and update status of leads, proposals, and ongoing projects in CRM Assist in scheduling client meetings, calls, and showroom visits Ensure timely and accurate communication between the sales team and customers Maintain and update sales reports, pipeline trackers, and order documentation Follow up with vendors and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery Support the sales team with presentations, catalogs, samples, and marketing material Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or admin role Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines Customer-focused mindset and a collaborative attitude Bonus if you have: Experience in furniture, interiors, or B2B product-based industries Basic knowledge of invoicing, quotations, or ERP systems Comfort with design-related documents like floor plans, BOQs, or AutoCAD files (not mandatory)
