Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to act as the central support for our pan-India sales team, distributors, and super stockists. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, dispatch, and operations teams, while handling field queries, tracking performance, and maintaining real-time sales data.


Key Responsibilities:


🔹 Sales Team Coordination

Serve as the single point of contact for the entire Pan-India field sales team, including Distributors, Super Stockists, Sales Executives, and Area Sales Managers.

Address daily queries related to schemes, product availability, order processing, and delivery timelines.


🔹 Sales App Management

Work with field force management tools such as Bizom, FieldAssist, or similar sales automation platforms.

Ensure proper usage of the apps, troubleshoot basic issues, and follow up with teams for daily reporting compliance.


🔹 Order & Dispatch Coordination

Liaise with warehouse/logistics and ensure timely dispatches based on sales orders raised through the system or manually.

Monitor pending orders and payment status from distributors.


🔹 Data Management & Reporting

Maintain real-time trackers for sales performance, targets vs achievement, stock availability, and beat plans.

Generate regular MIS reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)


🔹 Scheme & Communication Handling

Communicate schemes, targets, and incentives clearly to all field staff and channel partners.

Send timely updates via WhatsApp/Email and follow up for execution.


Candidate Requirements:


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG industry in a coordination/sales support role
  • Hands-on experience with sales tracking apps like Bizom, FieldAssist, BeatRoute, or similar platforms
  • Strong command over MS Excel (must)
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Telugu preferred)
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism while coordinating with field teams.
