Title: Sales Co-ordinator

Location: Perambur, Chennai (Onsite)


A Sales Coordinator plays a key administrative and support role within a sales team. Their responsibilities help streamline sales operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer

service.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

● Assist daily sales and day-to-day tasks.

● Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.

● Prepare sales documents (quotes, proposals, presentations)

● Maintain and organize sales records and databases in CRM systems

● Coordinate sales team schedules and meetings.

● Track and manage the sales pipeline and forecast reports.

● Ensure timely delivery of products or services.

● Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to sales team managers.


Required Qualifications:

- Any Degree

- Prior experience in Sales coordination.
