Sales Coordinator

1. Sales Support & Administration: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements if required. * Prepare, format, and organize sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. * Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and customer records with accurate and up-to-date information. * Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. * Coordinate internal and external sales meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. * Manage and maintain sales documentation, including client communications, orders, and invoices, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible. 2. Customer Communication & Relationship Management: * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and general support via phone, email, and other communication channels. * Address customer concerns and complaints effectively and professionally, escalating issues to the sales team or relevant departments when necessary. * Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Provide product information and technical details to customers as requested, especially pertaining to the tools manufactured by the company.

Pay: ₹11,225.45 - ₹70,689.79 per month
