Job Summary:The People Engagement Officer is responsible for driving a strategic and impactful employee engagement framework across the organization. This role involves designing and implementing engagement initiatives, enhancing internal communication, and championing programs that support employee well-being, satisfaction, and productivity. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with teams to cultivate a culture that nurtures motivation, innovation, and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Employee Engagement & Culture Development2. Internal Communication & Collaboration3. Well-being & Recognition Programs4. Employee Insights & Data-Driven Action Plans5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership6. Oversee general HR Activities & provide guidance to the team. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Communications, with Physiological study.5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR leadership.Proven experience in developing and executing employee engagement strategies and or in change Management Initiatives.Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.Expertise in Strategic culture-building initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and engagement tools. Key Competencies:Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.High level of creativity and innovation in engagement initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to Work cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to integrate well-being and recognition into company policies.
