Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator will serve as a vital link between the marketing, sales, and customer service teams. The role involves managing and tracking leads, coordinating with the marketing team for lead generation activities, preparing quotations/offers, and supporting post-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management Work closely with the marketing team to collect, organize, and validate incoming leads from various campaigns and sources. Distribute leads to respective sales executives or marketing teams for timely follow-up. Maintain and update the lead database/CRM system regularly with follow-up status, contact details, and conversion progress. Track and report on lead performance metrics and follow-up effectiveness. Enquiry Handling & Offer Preparation Receive and record customer enquiries through phone, email, or digital channels. Coordinate with sales engineers or product specialists to prepare accurate quotations and proposals. Ensure that offers are aligned with pricing policies, delivery timelines, and terms of sale. Follow up on sent quotations to track customer feedback and conversion potential. Sales Coordination Support the sales team in documentation, order processing, and internal coordination with logistics, finance, and production teams. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries. Monitor and coordinate timelines for order execution and delivery schedules. Assist in organizing customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required. Post-Sales Support Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. Track post-sales feedback, service requests, and warranty issues, and ensure prompt resolution through relevant departments. Maintain strong communication with customers to build long-term relationships. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support (preferably in e.g., engineering/manufacturing/technical services). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
