Sales Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team effectively. As the Sales Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for both colleagues and customers, ensuring smooth operations by managing schedules, providing feedback, maintaining documentation, and sharing essential information. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the sales team's activities, managing schedules, organizing important documents, and facilitating communication within the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of necessary sales-related equipment and materials, addressing customer complaints, and offering post-sales support when required. Additionally, you will play a key role in storing and organizing financial and non-financial data electronically, preparing and presenting reports, processing orders accurately and promptly, and notifying clients of any unexpected delays or issues that may arise. Monitoring the team's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategies for enhancement will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will support in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events, ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent computer skills, proficiency in English, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving aptitude, effective communication skills, dedication to teamwork, and a degree in business administration or a related field.
