Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and proposals accurately.
Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely product/service delivery and invoicing.
Assist in tracking sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Follow up with clients for payments, order status, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.
Schedule meetings and appointments and support coordination of internal events and presentations.
