1. Sales Support & Coordination

• Receive, log, and track customer inquiries for motors, drives, switchgear, automation products, and cables.
• Coordinate with sales engineers for technical inputs and pricing.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Maintain coordination between sales, engineering, stores, and accounts teams.

2. Order Processing & Execution

• Convert confirmed orders into sales orders as per company procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of product specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Track order status and keep customers informed.

3. Customer Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, documentation, and delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and follow up for pending approvals or payments.
• Support sales team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Handle basic complaint coordination and escalation when required.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain sales records, inquiry registers, quotation logs, and order tracking sheets.
• Prepare MIS reports such as:
• Maintain proper filing of contracts, POs, and customer correspondence.
