Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance for AC/DC Motors, Alternators and Generators.
Reviewing & rewinding jobs(LT/HT motors) and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Provide technical support to service engineers and technicians for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
Support and monitor servicing activities at client sites and ensure timely job completion.
Act as a point of contact for customer queries, complaints and escalations with timely communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups.
Supervise and guide service engineers, technicians and workshop staff.
Allocate work and monitor team performance to achieve service targets.
Maintain service reports, job cards, rewinding logs and test records accurately.
Coordinate with store and purchase departments for spare parts planning and availability.
Inspect completed jobs to ensure compliance with company and industry standards prior to delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification required: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with strong relevant experience in motors/rewinding/service may also be considered.

2 to 5 years of experience in service or maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Alternators and Generators.
