Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in the Field Operations department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide on-site support and maintenance services to customers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure optimal performance of equipment and identify potential problems before they become major issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in field operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in field operations or customer service.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
