Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Liebherr Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with equipment and machinery.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software.
