Role & responsibilities Preparing Cash and Journal Vouchers. Data Entry of Purchase & Sales Bills, Receipts & Payments, Cash, and Journal Vouchers in Tally & Zoho. Performing Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis. Preparing Monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B, and related reconciliations. Preparing Debit Notes and Credit Notes. Preparing Monthly Stock Statements for Bank submission. Preparing Bills of Exchange and Bank Guarantee Applications with required documentation. Calculating Employee Income Tax. Preparing Monthly Section-wise TDS/TCS Statements. Entering TDS in Tally & TaxPro software and filing TDS/TCS returns. Managing Sundry Debtors & Creditors payments linking and reconciliation. Checking and processing Other Purchase Bills. Preparing Sundry Creditors outstanding list for supplier payments. Preparing Sundry Debtors outstanding list for payment collection. Preparing various reports as required by management, such as ledger, payment performance, interest calculation, and expense statements. Preparing documents required by Banks, Vendors, or Customers. Checking Employee Monthly Salary workings. Providing support for Internal Audit activities. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B.Com Graduate Experience: 1 to 5 years in Accounting Skills: Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Office (Excel & Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good numerical and analytical skills. Knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, and general accounting principles. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
Role & responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance for AC/DC Motors, Alternators and Generators. Reviewing & rewinding jobs(LT/HT motors) and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Provide technical support to service engineers and technicians for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues. Support and monitor servicing activities at client sites and ensure timely job completion. Act as a point of contact for customer queries, complaints and escalations with timely communication. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups. Supervise and guide service engineers, technicians and workshop staff. Allocate work and monitor team performance to achieve service targets. Maintain service reports, job cards, rewinding logs and test records accurately. Coordinate with store and purchase departments for spare parts planning and availability. Inspect completed jobs to ensure compliance with company and industry standards prior to delivery. Preferred candidate profile Qualification required: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with strong relevant experience in motors/rewinding/service may also be considered. 2 to 5 years of experience in service or maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Alternators and Generators.
