Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assigned

    sales targets

    for motors, drives, cables, switchgear, solar DC cables, and industrial electrical solutions.
  • Identify and convert

    new business opportunities

    in industrial and infrastructure segments.
  • Prepare and present

    techno-commercial proposals

    , quotations, and negotiations with customers.
  • Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and projects to ensure order closure.

Business Development

  • Develop and expand

    key accounts, EPCs, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and channel partners

    .
  • Explore

    new markets, applications, and industries

    for company products.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote cross-selling and solution-based selling for complete electrical packages.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with

    industrial customers, project consultants, and decision-makers

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely coordination with internal teams.

Technical & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, projects, and service teams for technical clarifications.
  • Support customers with product selection, specifications, and compliance requirements.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with

    planning, dispatch, finance, and service teams

    for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
  • Track payment collections and ensure adherence to credit policies.
