Kay Skills:-

Strong knowledge of Motors, VFDs/drives, industrial cables, switchgear, and solar DC cables.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Result-oriented, self-driven, disciplined reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales documentation.

Manage and grow key accounts: OEMs, EPCs, Industries, Contractors and Panel Builders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & collection targets.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across all brands (ABB, Siemens, Havells, Finolex, etc.).
Conduct customer visits, presentations & technical discussions.
Track complete order cycle: Enquiry Quotation Negotiation PO Delivery Payment.
Ensure fast resolution of customer complaints & coordinate with internal teams.
Monitor competitor activity and share timely feedback.
Maintain CRM/visit reports, sales pipelines, and weekly MIS.
