Solid network of contacts within the corporate real estate, workplace design, or commercial construction sectors is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the interior fit-out process, including design, space planning, procurement, and project execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality customer service.
