Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Sales & CRM Coordination

• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track daily inquiries, site visits, and booking status.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all leads through CRM and sales trackers.

Marketing Support & Execution

• Create Marketing Strategies
• Market Research / Survey
• Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, CP activations, and events.
• Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals, presentations, and proposal decks in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with external vendors for branding, digital campaigns, and event support.
• Track marketing performance data and provide insights through Excel dashboards.
• Brand Management

Sales Team Support

• Provide backend support to the sales team for brochures, presentations, and client data.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with CPs, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing site visits, events, and client walkthroughs.
• Maintain proper coordination between sales, marketing, and admin for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years experience in sales coordination or marketing support (real estate preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, reporting).
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint (presentations, templates).
• Experience with CRM tools like Sell.do, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
