Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Backend & Frontend Sales Coordinator to join our team at SS Associates (Yes2print). This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills to handle both backend sales support and direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their printing requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage backend sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining sales records.
• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and in-person to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain a database of leads, clients, and prospects for effective follow-ups.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination, preferably in the printing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage sales-related administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience : 6 months to 3 years

Proficiency in Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power point, Spreadsheet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
