About the Role:

Sales Coach



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor SDRs on outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification.
  • Conduct live call reviews, objection handling sessions, and role plays to enhance performance.
  • Build or refine Clara’s SDR playbook, including messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and email cadences.
  • Help improve conversion metrics across the funnel — from outreach to qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align SDR goals with Clara’s broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Track performance data to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.



Ideal Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    B2B SaaS sales

    , with at least 2 years managing or coaching SDRs.
  • Strong understanding of outbound motion, CRM workflows, and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — can simplify complex pitches.
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs or sales playbooks.
  • Energetic, data-driven, and deeply empathetic to the challenges of early-stage selling.
