What You’ll Own

• Agentic AI Architecture:

  From LangChain to real-world toolchains, build agents that observe, decide, and act. Not wrappers. Not demos. Real ops.

• Platform Vision:

  Architect the infrastructure to scale across trades and geographies. Regulated software with startup agility.

• Scalability for $100M+ Clients:

  High-concurrency field ops. Complex logic. Deep integrations.Your backend shouldn’t blink.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

  You’re not in a silo, you’re building the machine.

• Culture of Builders:

  No bloated processes. No ivory tower. Just momentum. You lead with hands-on code and scale a team behind it.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a research-only ML role, no model training
• Not a prompt engineering gig, this is agent orchestration, not wrappers
• Not a "wait-for-product" job, you’ll shape and ship it as we go

Who You Are

• 5–10 years building and shipping scalable systems
• Experience with LangChain, RAG, LLM APIs, orchestration, and real-world agents
• Strong backend + infra + API design background
• Hands-on leader. Technical founder energy. Obsessive builder
• Product-first mindset. Deep intuition for how software should feel
• Experience with modular, API-driven architectures
• Motivated by real-world problems (compliance, field ops, messy edge cases)

Nice to Have

• Experience in vertical SaaS or compliance-heavy domains (e.g., inspections, CRMs, ERPs)
• Worked on systems that power revenue, not just engagement
• Shipped AI features involving structured + unstructured data
• Founding or early engineering experience in a fast-moving startup
