Sales Co-ordinator

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in order processing, quotations, tenders, and contracts.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product price lists.
• Coordinate with logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of steel products (TMT, Pipe, HR Coil, Billets, Wire Rod).

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track order status, pending payments, and stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and credit terms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in steel manufacturing / trading / building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of TMT/Pipe/HR Coil/Billets/Wire Rod and steel product applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
