Job description:
Job Title: Sales Coordinator + Data Entry Operator
Location: Duhai Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team, clients, and internal departments for order processing and follow-ups.
Maintain sales records, order tracking, and payment updates in Excel/Google Sheets.
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and speed (sales data, customer details, invoices, dispatch).
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
Support in quotation preparation, documentation, and filing.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding dispatch, pending orders, and payment status.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / back-office support / DEO.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Email communication.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
