Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing international clients (USA, UK markets).
• Generate and qualify leads through various outreach strategies.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present service solutions.
• Develop and deliver competitive proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and close business deals aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and track progress through CRM tools.
• (For Specialist Roles) Train and mentor junior team members to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales (International Market).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Good understanding of pricing, quotation, and negotiation processes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Results-driven attitude with a strategic mindset.
