Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Draft and manage professional email communications with international clients, vendors, and trade organizations in alignment with brand tone and export objectives.

2. Maintain and update lead management sheets and CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of prospects, follow-up schedules, and engagement status.

3. Assist in executing structured email campaigns via tools such as Gmail, Mailchimp, or GMass, targeting overseas buyers, supplier networks, and EPC stakeholders.

4. Coordinate pre- and post-communication for trade events, export outreach initiatives, and product showcase mailers.

5. Occasionally contribute to the creation of product documentation, digital catalogs, and basic visual assets (using Canva or similar tools) for email integration or client sharing.

6. Support lead generation research through export directories, EPC lists, and online business platforms, updating prospect databases accordingly.
