Granny's is a growing brand in the frozen food segment, offering high-quality IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Green Peas and mixed vegetables. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and certifications such as FSSAI, APEDA, and HACCP, we cater to both domestic and export markets. Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to promote and sell our frozen vegetables and green peas. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, developing market presence, and driving sales across B2B, HoReCa, retail, and export segments. Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities and business partnerships in domestic and export markets. Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, institutional buyers, and retailers. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Attend food expos, trade fairs, and client meetings as needed. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends. Suggest marketing and promotional strategies to boost brand visibility. Key Requirements: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG/Frozen Food sales or exports. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of frozen food industry and distribution network. Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Show more Show less
