Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Production Manager located in Jaspur. The Plant Production Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety procedures. Responsibilities also include managing staff, optimizing processes, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production management, process optimization, and quality control
• Experience with managing staff and coordinating departmental activities
• Proficiency in safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and resource management
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaspur
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the herbal extract and nutraceutical industry is a plus
