The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations across the following departments:Production DepartmentQuality Control DepartmentTesting DepartmentElectrical Design DepartmentFitting & Assembly DepartmentDispatch & Logistics Department---Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end production of industrial control panels.Oversee project planning, material control, and workforce allocation.Ensure strict quality control standards are followed throughout.Coordinate with testing and design teams for timely delivery of control panels.Optimize processes to reduce production lead times and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with top management for strategic decisions and quick resolutions.Maintain documentation and compliance with electrical and industrial standards.Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork within the plant.Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met consistently.---Must-Have Skills & ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience in control panel manufacturing/project management.Deep understanding of electrical design, panel wiring, testing, and quality checks.Proven leadership in managing multi-department operations.Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.Clear communication with ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Hands-on knowledge of standards like IEC, IS, UL (preferred).What We OfferA dynamic leadership role in a fast-growing company.Opportunity to make impactful decisions and build scalable operations.Work with experienced automation professionals and major industry clients.Freedom to implement improvements and drive innovation.---
