Role Description

Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – eCommerce & D2C

Compensation: Fixed Salary per month + incentives + performance bonus

Build targeted lists of Indian eCommerce & D2C brands (Apparel, Beauty, Kids, Lifestyle, Home, Skincare, etc.)

Identify founders, co-founders, growth heads through Apollo/Clay

Run outbound campaigns via Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist

Send cold emails + LinkedIn sequences

Book qualified meetings for Performance Marketing (Meta/Google Ads)

Maintain CRM, track conversions, report results

Required Skills

Proven experience with agency lead generation (must)

Strong understanding of D2C, Shopify, eCommerce funnels

Excellent research skills — can spot brand size, funding, ad spend

Strong English writing for outreach

Familiar with tools: Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Phantombuster, Dropcontact

Knows how to avoid spam triggers & warm email inboxes

KPIs

200–300 targeted leads per week

8–10 booked qualified calls per week

30–50% show rate
