About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

    India and international markets

  • Pitch agency services:

    Performance Marketing, SMM, Lead Gen, PPC, Content, Web Dev

  • Prepare customised proposals and pricing based on client needs
  • Follow up on inbound leads and close outbound opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline data
  • Build long-term client relationships and upsell/cross-sell agency services

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of BD/sales experience in a

    digital marketing agency

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead gen, and performance campaigns
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with international client handling is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused personality
