Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, sales pitching, and closing deals in the performance marketing, web development, PPC, and lead generation domains. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India and international markets Pitch agency services: Performance Marketing, SMM, Lead Gen, PPC, Content, Web Dev Prepare customised proposals and pricing based on client needs Follow up on inbound leads and close outbound opportunities Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and delivery Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline data Build long-term client relationships and upsell/cross-sell agency services Requirements: 2–5 years of BD/sales experience in a digital marketing agency Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead gen, and performance campaigns Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills Experience with international client handling is a plus Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused personality WhatsApp - +918292943921 Email - hr@nextagmedia.com
