About the Role: Join us at Nextagmedia as a Digital Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue through affiliate partnerships and digital ad campaigns. Work with top advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks to scale results. What You’ll Do: Pitch & close affiliate/ad deals (CPL, CPA, CPM) Manage client accounts & monthly targets Create media plans based on client goals Track performance & resolve delivery issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure success You Should Have: 3–4 yrs in digital ad sales / affiliate marketing Strong network with advertisers/agencies Experience with CPL/CPA models & tracking tools (Trackier, Affise, etc.) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Why Nextagmedia?
