Vertoz is looking for a Technical Lead and Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AdTech solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for system architecture, large-scale engineering team leadership, and end-to-end project management—from planning through delivery—ensuring that technology execution aligns with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technology Leadership ● Architect and build scalable, low-latency systems for RTB, DSP, SSP, DMP, and identity solutions.● Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. ● Drive adoption of best practices in software design, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and data engineering. Engineering & Team Management● Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.● Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture with continuous improvement and learning. Project Management & Execution● Own project planning, scoping, estimation, prioritization, and delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Define project timelines, allocate resources, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product roadmaps.● Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget.● Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana to manage execution and reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration● Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Leaders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.● Communicate architecture plans and project progress clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.● Partner with DevOps teams to ensure system uptime, reliability, and observability. Required Qualifications● 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.● Proven track record of managing large engineering teams and leading full project lifecycles.● Strong hands-on experience with AdTech technologies: RTB, OpenRTB, DSP/SSP platforms, user identity frameworks, fraud prevention, and data pipelines.● Expertise in backend programming languages (Go, Java, Scala, or Python) and real-time processing tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark).● Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
